Mr. Rethish Puthan Purayil is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) with over 30 years of experience in audit, finance, and taxation. He has extensive expertise in statutory and internal audits of companies, branch audits for banks, income tax audits, and VAT & GST audits.
His expertise spans audit, forensic investigation, due diligence, direct and indirect taxation, corporate law compliance, management consulting, and information system audits. He has also worked with companies across manufacturing, trading, airlines, financial institutions, trusts, societies, charitable and educational organizations, and high-net-worth individuals.
He has extensive experience implementing accounting software and ERP solutions, supporting seamless financial management and compliance, and is recognized for strong leadership and team management.

CA Sreenandini Padat brings expertise in statutory audits, tax audits, internal control compliance, and regulatory certifications. She is also an associate member of CPA Australia.
With a decade of experience, she has worked with leading firms including KPMG, where she specialized in international and domestic taxation, and Ernst & Young (EY), where she was actively involved in statutory audits and corporate compliance certifications.
She advises multinational and domestic clients on accounting principles, Companies Act compliance, Income Tax Act matters, FEMA regulations, regulatory certifications, and internal control assessments.
Every engagement passes through audit staff, senior staff, and an audit manager before reaching the Head of Audit and the authorised signatory — with a dedicated AML compliance line.
